As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams. As the Key Account Executive - Indirect Channel, you will lead the management and development of relationships with distributors in Western and Northwestern Mexico. Your background in capital equipment sales and your skill in applying strategies will be vital to advancing our mission. Your role is crucial to delivering seamless solutions that improve patient outcomes and build lasting trust with our partners.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and handle work plans with distributors to achieve sales targets
  • Coordinate purchase orders, commercial negotiations, and corporate account management
  • Lead pricing negotiations and run administrative processes
  • Indirectly lead a team responsible for demand generation
  • Collaborate with end customers in hospitals as part of the sales and support process
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product availability
  • Ensure alignment with Ethics & Compliance standards

Requirements:

  • Established background in handling distributors and promoting capital medical equipment
  • Background in Biomedical Engineering is desirable
  • Strong leadership by influence and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce (preferred)
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Availability for travel (30–40%)
