We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Director to lead commercial growth within our clients Access and Aerial Work Platforms division. This pivotal position will drive sales expansion across national accounts and strategic dealer networks, fostering long-term partnerships that accelerate market share across North America.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and develop high-performing regional and national sales teams to deliver against revenue and margin objectives
Manage strategic relationships with independent dealers and national account partners, ensuring effective distribution and aftersales performance
Oversee access product sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes across the U.S. operations
Align closely with supply chain, finance, and marketing teams to ensure sales execution, inventory optimization, and customer satisfaction
Provide weekly performance updates and strategic insights to U.S. and international leadership teams
Drive and refine forward-ordering programs within the Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP) supply chain
Identify emerging market opportunities, analyse trends, and implement initiatives to strengthen brand presence and competitiveness
Establish and monitor KPIs, coach teams for success, and embed a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Work collaboratively with product management and marketing to enhance positioning, promotional activity, and new product development initiatives
Requirements:
Proven leadership experience within the Access/Aerial Work Platform industry minimum 7 years in a senior commercial or divisional leadership role, ideally overseeing a $100M+ business unit
Strong background in developing and managing dealer/distributor networks and large national accounts
Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent revenue growth and operational efficiency in a fast-paced, competitive environment
Strategic thinker with strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Prepared to travel up to 70% across the United States to engage dealers, key customers, and regional stakeholders
Must successfully complete all standard pre-employment checks, including background and drug screening
