Job Responsibility:

  • Develop customer plans for assigned accounts according to the company's strategy to ensure turnover, volume and gross margin target are met
  • Finalize business agreements with all the specific Key Accounts including listing, TTS, Targets, Branding activities, promotional Calendar
  • Drive business relationship with account, understand the customers’ business and ensure a good and healthy relationship with the customer
  • Maintain close and frequent contact with all necessary personnel within the customer, to resolve challenges, issues, and queries as they arise
  • Execution and effective coordination of tie-ups with Key Accounts Sales Operation team
  • Lead the Weekly Key Accounts Sales review
  • Prepare the need analysis per customer to ensure achieving the agreed-on Sales Target
  • Identify the Issues & opportunities
  • Recommended the required action plan to enhance overall performance
  • Manage and control TTS/CCS by customers and ensure its settlement
  • Monitor customer open item and facilitate the collection of any overdue
  • Compliance with the company GDP, Code of Business Principles, safety standard and all company principles and policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field from a reputable university
  • Sales experience with FMCG companies
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop win-win solutions
  • Excellent English / Arabic is essential
