We are looking for a Key Account Coordinator to join our team, with a focus on managing and supporting our key commercial accounts. This is a vital role for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring timely service delivery, and providing smooth coordination between clients and our service teams.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the main point of contact for key commercial accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and account management
Use client portals and internal systems to manage work orders, service requests, and account records
Collaborate with the service team to plan and schedule maintenance, servicing, and empties for clients
Efficiently manage the service calendar to optimise resource allocation and minimise downtime
Communicate with clients to arrange suitable appointments, confirm scheduling, and provide updates
Monitor service requests, prioritising urgent or time-sensitive tasks appropriately
Coordinate with field engineers to ensure they have the correct details, resources, and documentation for each appointment
Update and maintain service databases and client records, including service history and compliance documentation
Address scheduling conflicts or unforeseen issues quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption
Provide regular updates and reports on account activity, service performance, and client satisfaction
Requirements:
Proven experience in scheduling, coordination, or account management roles, ideally within a service or facilities management environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams
Proficiency in scheduling software, client portals, databases, and MS Office applications
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations
High attention to detail to ensure accurate records and service data
