Job Description

We are looking for a Key Account Coordinator to join our team, with a focus on managing and supporting our key commercial accounts. This is a vital role for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring timely service delivery, and providing smooth coordination between clients and our service teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as the main point of contact for key commercial accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and account management
  • Use client portals and internal systems to manage work orders, service requests, and account records
  • Collaborate with the service team to plan and schedule maintenance, servicing, and empties for clients
  • Efficiently manage the service calendar to optimise resource allocation and minimise downtime
  • Communicate with clients to arrange suitable appointments, confirm scheduling, and provide updates
  • Monitor service requests, prioritising urgent or time-sensitive tasks appropriately
  • Coordinate with field engineers to ensure they have the correct details, resources, and documentation for each appointment
  • Update and maintain service databases and client records, including service history and compliance documentation
  • Address scheduling conflicts or unforeseen issues quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption
  • Provide regular updates and reports on account activity, service performance, and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Proven experience in scheduling, coordination, or account management roles, ideally within a service or facilities management environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Proficiency in scheduling software, client portals, databases, and MS Office applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations
