Job Responsibility

  • When required, respond to incoming calls and organise a callout
  • liaising with field service engineers to ensure that they attend the site in the required time frame and resolve the fault
  • Raising of jobs on Computer system with supporting documentation for each call-out
  • To plan, coordinate and support the key contract field service engineers to conduct servicing and maintenance of Fire and Security systems, in line with planned maintenance requirements
  • Collation of all Service documentation, issuing of system certificates as required and the raising and appropriate charges ready for invoicing
  • Support all contracts administration activity as directed by the Service Manager
  • Manage and where possible resolve or escalate all contract services related queries to the Service Manager
  • Active role in monthly invoicing process and work in progress
  • Proactively review and monitor processes/procedures from time to time, and with management approval, suggest and implement improvements were possible
  • Ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements

  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM databases
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Ability to handle enquiries in a confident, professional and competent manner
  • Educated to GCSE standard (or equivalent) including passes in English and Maths
