When required, respond to incoming calls and organise a callout
liaising with field service engineers to ensure that they attend the site in the required time frame and resolve the fault
Raising of jobs on Computer system with supporting documentation for each call-out
To plan, coordinate and support the key contract field service engineers to conduct servicing and maintenance of Fire and Security systems, in line with planned maintenance requirements
Collation of all Service documentation, issuing of system certificates as required and the raising and appropriate charges ready for invoicing
Support all contracts administration activity as directed by the Service Manager
Manage and where possible resolve or escalate all contract services related queries to the Service Manager
Active role in monthly invoicing process and work in progress
Proactively review and monitor processes/procedures from time to time, and with management approval, suggest and implement improvements were possible
Ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
Experience working in a team environment
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
Excellent IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM databases
Ability to communicate effectively with clients
Ability to handle enquiries in a confident, professional and competent manner
Educated to GCSE standard (or equivalent) including passes in English and Maths
