JOB PURPOSE This role exists to drive commercial excellence and strategic customer development, turning insights into action and enabling data‑driven, sustainable growth for Unilever Food Solutions Hungary. You will play a key role in shaping the customer strategy, elevating digital selling capabilities, and ensuring best‑in‑class execution across Sales and Marketing. Job Responsibility:
Lead the Digital Selling Agenda and embed global best practices at the local market level
Develop and maintain advanced reporting frameworks enabling data‑driven decisions aligned with UFS business goals
Identify and implement reporting automation opportunities, improving efficiency and continuity
Oversee data migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions and data integrity
Build and execute the strategic business plan for METRO and direct accounts
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Customer Marketing to input category plans and shape banner/channel strategies
Develop an optimal integrated promo plan and manage promo investments
Lead and manage the customer P&L for relevant categories
Deliver sales targets, negotiate annual agreements, and manage joint business plans
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Economics)
Fluency in Hungarian and English
Around 5 years of commercial & sales experience, including managing key accounts and delivering sales targets
Strong account management & negotiation skills
Solid understanding of sales, trade, and marketing concepts
Experience with data analytics tools and reporting systems (incl. Power BI)
Strong business planning & financial acumen (incl. P&L management)
Familiarity with CRM systems and planning tools
Nice to have:
Experience in category story building and value‑added proposals
Exposure to sales forecasting, trade terms, and joint business planning
Experience embedding best practices within cross‑functional teams
