We are looking for an experienced Key Account Business Development Manager to lead strategic sales initiatives and foster strong relationships with key clients and distributor partners. This position is ideal for a dynamic, detail-oriented individual with extensive B2B experience, a deep understanding of industry trends, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs. The role offers the opportunity for significant customer engagement and collaboration with internal teams to drive business growth. Please note that this role will require up to 50% travel (or more), if necessary.
Job Responsibility:
Build and nurture relationships with key accounts
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with direct customers and distributor-managed accounts
Provide guidance and support to distributor partners while maintaining active engagement with direct clients
Leverage industry expertise and existing relationships to enhance market reach and expand client portfolios
Assess customer requirements and offer technical cleaning solutions that align with regulatory and operational standards
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution
Achieve and exceed sales targets and growth objectives through effective account management
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, customer meetings, and audits
Maintain accurate records and manage the sales pipeline using company tools and systems
Requirements:
Significant experience in industrial B2B sales
Proven ability to manage both direct customer relationships and distributor networks
Strong commercial acumen and eagerness for technical and detail-oriented development
Self-driven and goal-oriented, with a collaborative approach to teamwork
Willingness to travel extensively, exceeding 50% of the time as required by business needs
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with a strategic mindset for long-cycle sales
Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment while maintaining accountability
