As National Sales Admin Assistant, you'll play a key support role for our National Key Accounts Team, helping keep things running smoothly for some of our most important customers.
Job Responsibility
Managing and coordinating backorder reports across customers, branches, and suppliers
Supporting customers with admin queries including proof of delivery requests and invoice issues
Providing general support to the Key Accounts Team where needed
Requirements
Communicates confidently with customers and colleagues
Is willing to learn and take initiative
Can work independently as well as part of a team
Nice to have
Some experience in a customer-facing environment
Good IT skills (Google Workspace or Microsoft)
Basic understanding of spreadsheets
