Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Key Account Administrator for our client based in Windlesham.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for designated key accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively about our services to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent processes
  • Handle issues and complaints efficiently
  • Identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement by discussing key account needs
  • Manage helpdesk support and related portals
  • Prepare quotations and facilitate customer billing
  • Attend and contribute to company meetings

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Experience in account management or customer support
  • Knowledge of facilities management services desirable
  • Familiarity with reporting and KPI management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
  • Ability to prioritise and act on requests promptly
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Team player with a flexible and enthusiastic attitude
