You will have the opportunity to contribute to the launch and activation of Smart Glasses, at the crossroads of luxury, innovation, and advanced technology. In this role, you will orchestrate Go-To-Market strategies, ensuring the successful introduction of new products across multiple markets and channels. You will act as a central connector between product, marketing, retail, and commercial teams, translating product capabilities into clear, compelling market propositions. You will be immersed in the latest trends shaping wearables, AI-driven ecosystems, and the future of luxury, contributing to bringing an innovative vision to life within a leading luxury eyewear company.
Job Responsibility
Define and lead global Go-To-Market strategies, including distribution models and route to market scenarios for the Smart Glasses category from pre-launch to rollout
Define channel roles and priorities, eligibility criteria, and rollout sequencing together with Category, Commercial, and Marketing Teams
Build launch playbooks, market guidelines, and scalable go to market frameworks starting from zero
Define success metrics for a new category, setting up a tracking framework and locking core KPIs to provide the most effective picture of category performance after launch
Monitor market readiness, ensuring assets, training materials, demo solutions, and operational requirements are in place ahead of launches
Coordinate cross functional teams to ensure aligned and timely execution across markets
Analyze early performance, sales data, and market feedback to continuously optimize Go-To-Market strategies
Build strong knowledge of key clients and strategic partners to ensure needs are consistently met
Requirements
Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Go-To-Market, Distribution, or similar roles
Experience in launching disruptive or hybrid categories is strongly preferred
Experience in tech, wearables, or consumer electronics is a plus
Experience in Eyewear, Beauty or Luxury industry is a plus
Ability to operate in ambiguity and build processes and frameworks from scratch
Strong understanding of product launches, market dynamics, and customer centric strategies
Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills
Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
