Kerbside LGV Driver

• Driving the waste collection vehicles for the collection of domestic waste, including recycled and garden waste
• Responsible for the associated vehicle safety checks, operation and crew
• Working on a two-week round rotation, ensuring all kerbside collections are made in line with the companies contractual requirement
• Use the in-cab round monitoring software unit (Bartec)
• To assist loaders in the removal of waste or recyclate, where and when appropriate

• Clean Class 2 licence
• Good communication and administration skills
• Physically fit to carry out manual handling activities, work outdoors in all weathers and enjoy working as part of a team
• Experience within waste transport or recycling operations would be a distinct advantage
• A driving assessment will form part of the recruitment process
