Maintain and further develop Key Account customer base assigned to him / her, including frequent visits, accompany projects, knowing all functions in customer's organization, etc.
Acquire new customers and seek out new business opportunities in close cooperation with our Business Development Director.
Develop and manage sales new projects involving direct customers, OEMs, as well as other suppliers to the same customer project (reinforcement systems, glues, fixing systems, etc.).
Introduce products, give technical advice, present offers and negotiate conditions, coordinate handling of claims in close cooperation with the plant.
Build up long lasting customer relationships.
Active, frequent exchange with direct colleagues and plant team incl. regular summary and report on sales activities to management.
Requirements
Experience in Material processing, plastics processing, like injection, thermoforming, bloom plastic..., or composite material, like SMC, GMT..., or engineering plastics, or mold manufacturers
BD experience in Commercial vehicles, Sanitary, Auto parts…
Very good technical understanding
Effective communicator, speaks clearly and to the point
