Job Responsibility

  • Maintain and further develop Key Account customer base assigned to him / her, including frequent visits, accompany projects, knowing all functions in customer's organization, etc.
  • Acquire new customers and seek out new business opportunities in close cooperation with our Business Development Director.
  • Develop and manage sales new projects involving direct customers, OEMs, as well as other suppliers to the same customer project (reinforcement systems, glues, fixing systems, etc.).
  • Introduce products, give technical advice, present offers and negotiate conditions, coordinate handling of claims in close cooperation with the plant.
  • Build up long lasting customer relationships.
  • Active, frequent exchange with direct colleagues and plant team incl. regular summary and report on sales activities to management.

Requirements

  • Experience in Material processing, plastics processing, like injection, thermoforming, bloom plastic..., or composite material, like SMC, GMT..., or engineering plastics, or mold manufacturers
  • BD experience in Commercial vehicles, Sanitary, Auto parts…
  • Very good technical understanding
  • Effective communicator, speaks clearly and to the point
  • English: writing and reading
