Bright Vision Technologies is looking for a skilled Kafka Streaming Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of transforming business processes through technology. We leverage cutting-edge real-time streaming technologies to build scalable, fault-tolerant, and high-throughput data platforms.

Apache Kafka

Kafka Connect
Schema Registry
Event-Driven Architecture
Real-time Data Streaming
Java / Scala / Python
Spark Streaming / Flink
RESTful APIs
JSON/Avro/Protobuf
Linux
Cloud Platforms (AWS MSK / Azure Event Hubs)
CI/CD pipelines
Monitoring & Alerting
Git
Agile methodologies
At least 3 to 5 years of real-time experience
At least 1 year of real-time project experience in the USA
Willing to take an AI-proctored Online Coding Test
Willing to relocate nationwide based on project needs
Must be looking for H-1B sponsorship for the 2026 quota
Must be willing to work on W2
Must be willing to pay the USCIS-mandated $215 H-1B registration fee after an offer is issued
Must proceed exclusively with Bright Vision Technologies and commit to no dual registrations
