Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our North Lanarkshire Justice Support Service, we are looking to recruit a Justice Support worker to work with those who are subject to statutory and non-statutory court disposals.

Job Responsibility

  • Work with those subject to statutory and non-statutory court disposals
  • Work in partnership with North Lanarkshire Justice Social Work
  • Management of up to two volunteers with lived experience

Requirements

  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to develop positive working relationships
  • Experience working with people involved in the Justice System
  • Good organisation skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Flexibility
  • Ability to travel across North Lanarkshire
  • Driving licence
  • Access to a vehicle with appropriate business insurance
  • SVQ level 3 or equivalent (desirable)
