Requirements

Minimum 5 years of design, implementation, and operational experience in large-scale IP networks
JUNOS CLI experience
Must have large-scale experience with routing devices MX, PTX, and ACX
An understanding of the protocols surrounding IP service provider networks including but not limited to: TCP/IP and MPLS fundamentals, IP/Routing experience (OSPF, ISIS, BGP, MPLS-TE, RSVP, LDP, IPv6, Routing Policy), Routing protocol operation, migration, and scaling mechanisms, Routing policies at BGP peering points, VPNs and the associated tunneling technologies (MPLS, L3VPN, VPLS, MVPN.), Ethernet switching and 802.1Q, QoS, Class of service
Background in automation with Ansible, YAML, and HPE Juniper PyZE
Experience writing automation scripts in Python

Assisted with major network upgrades, maintenance windows, and changes in the customer network
Strong customer interface and presentation skills

Job Responsibility

Troubleshoot equipment and network problems and open and track JTAC cases to resolve problems on pre- and post-production issues
To hold network information gathering workshops with the Customer to understand the Customer’s existing network design and technical requirements of new network designs
To understand the Customer’s organizational structure and become familiar with the Customer’s network implementation and support processes and procedures to help in supporting a network that is available and sustainable
To produce a written summary report on the status of design projects, equipment, and network problems regularly to the customer
To hold technology workshops with the customer to discuss equipment and network problems, and to provide case status updates
To train the customer’s design, implementation, and support personnel to configure and operate the HPE Juniper Networks products
To assist the customer in developing Network Operating and Equipment Operating Procedures
To assess the health of a network based on HPE Juniper products
Development and maintenance of fault diagnosis procedures to support effective fault resolution
Developing network operating procedures, configuration standards, and implementation plans for HPE Juniper products
