Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Front-End Developer with expertise in WordPress, including proficiency in WordPress page builders, Bootstrap, and jQuery. Additional experience with Tailwind CSS is a strong advantage. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing visually appealing and highly functional websites using WordPress and related technologies. If you have a passion for crafting beautiful, user-friendly websites and possess the required skills, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with the design and back-end development teams to transform design concepts into fully functional WordPress websites
  • Develop custom themes, templates, and components to enhance website performance and aesthetics
  • Utilize popular WordPress page builder plugins (e.g., Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder) to create and customize web pages
  • Build visually stunning and responsive layouts using drag-and-drop page builder tools
  • Enhance user experience by implementing interactive elements and animations
  • Write clean, maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code to ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
  • Utilize Bootstrap to create responsive and mobile-friendly web designs
  • Enhance user interactivity with jQuery, including creating dynamic and interactive features
  • If applicable, use Tailwind CSS to streamline the design and development process, ensuring a more efficient and maintainable codebase

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field
  • 1-2 Years experience
  • Expertise in WordPress
  • Proficiency in WordPress page builders
  • Proficiency in Bootstrap
  • Proficiency in jQuery
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS is a strong advantage

Nice to have

  • Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
  • Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
  • Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles
  • Basic proficiency with Photoshop and web design
  • Experience with cross-browser compatibility testing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic team environment
