Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse & Logistics Assistant to join our dynamic team and support daily operational efficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling toolkits, organising warehouse materials, and ensuring smooth logistics operations, while also having the opportunity to participate in marketing and event organisation activities as part of your skill development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assembling toolkits according to provided instructions and specifications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in every step of the process
  • Placing tools in boxes as per the specification, carying and unpacking materials
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the workspace by properly removing warehouse waste
  • Learning logistics processes, including communication with couriers and handling goods reception in the warehouse
  • Assisting with additional warehouse tasks as needed
  • Opportunity to support the team in marketing tasks and event organisation as part of skill development

Requirements:

  • You speak English (at least B2 level) as well as Polish
  • You are ready to perform physical tasks (maximum item weight: 5 kg)
  • You are flexible and ready to adapt to a variable schedule (minimum 5 hours per day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM)
  • You have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliability, responsibility, and a proactive attitude toward assigned duties sound familiar to you
