Job Description

As Junior Visual Merchandising Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the visual storytelling of our website and campaigns. You can expect diverse and varied tasks in the team, where you will be in close contact with other departments and have the opportunity to work with inspiring, ambitious, and at the same time supportive colleagues. This position is permanent and based in Munich.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure our website is presented harmoniously to inspire our customers daily
  • Curate high-performing product sortings on our listing pages, balancing bestsellers, looks, and upsell potential
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Create mood boards for our sales team that turn inspiration into irresistible sales
  • Design presentations and visual assets to communicate campaign ideas clearly
  • Monitor competitors and use AI tools to scout new trends, keeping our website fresh, exciting, and ahead of the curve
  • Track and analyse banner performance to drive decisions
  • Spot customer behaviour trends to optimise listings and boost engagement

Requirements

  • A strong visual eye and a deep sense of aesthetics
  • Familiarity with the world of design brands, fashion, interior, and lifestyle
  • A solid understanding of trends and know how to translate them into compelling visuals and campaigns
  • Relevant university degree (Design, Marketing, Communication, etc.) is a plus, along with initial practical experience in home & living, fashion, or lifestyle
  • Excellent analytical and organisational skills, combined with a structured, independent, and purpose-driven approach to high-quality results
  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Proficiency in MS Office
