You will join our client as a Junior VIP Account Manager, a role designed for someone who loves crypto, gaming, and high-touch service. In this fully remote position, you will manage a portfolio of VIP players across the global crypto casino community, nurture long-term loyalty, and help shape the VIP program as it grows. Our client operates a leading online crypto casino.

work closely with marketing, analytics, and product partners to optimize the VIP experience and drive engagement for our most valuable players
Requirements:
1+ year experience managing crypto VIPs, ideally in crypto gaming or Web3 environments
Account management experience with a proven ability to deliver high-touch client service
Crypto casino or online gaming experience is highly desirable
Strong working knowledge of CRM tools, data analysis, and KPI-driven decision making
Ability to plan and execute VIP campaigns, promotions, and targeted activity that increases retention and lifetime value
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proactive, client-first approach
Comfort working remotely across time zones and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Fluent in English
