We are seeking a Junior User Acquisition Manager to join our growing performance marketing team and drive subscriptions through web funnels within a single product. This role is primarily focused on Native Advertising channels, including Taboola, Outbrain, NewsBreak, and similar discovery platforms.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and optimize campaigns on Taboola, Outbrain, NewsBreak
Monitor performance and optimize bids, targeting, and placements
Support budget pacing to maximize CPA efficiency and ROAS
Brief and review native creatives (headlines, images, advertorials)
Test messaging and creative angles
Analyze creative performance and trends
Optimize landing pages and funnels for native traffic
Improve CVR and subscription performance
Track CPA, CTR, CVR, retention, and LTV
Collaborate with data teams to drive insights
Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and pages
Identify scalable combinations
Stay current on native ad trends and competitors
Work with creative, data, and product teams
Requirements:
1+ year in User Acquisition or Performance Marketing
Experience with native platforms or strong interest to learn
Strong analytical skills and Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
