The Junior Transaction Manager will provide essential support to the Transaction Management team, focusing on the accurate and efficient handling of documentation, collateral-related activities, data entry, and quality control across the lending lifecycle, specifically for transactions within the Czech and Slovak market. This entry-level role is an excellent opportunity to learn about transaction management processes and contribute to operational excellence.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in the preparation, review, and management of loan documentation and collateral-related activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Support data entry, maintenance, and verification efforts for loan transactions and client information, ensuring data integrity across various systems
Perform initial quality control checks on documentation, data, and processes to ensure strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
Aid in the coordination of loan closing and servicing activities, following established procedures and guidelines
Diligently follow existing processes, standards, and procedures for transaction management within the Czech and Slovak market
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective support for various aspects of the lending lifecycle
Proactively seek to understand loan products, business processes, and related systems to build foundational knowledge
Requirements:
Bachelor's/University degree preferred
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy
Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English and Czech/Slovak
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under deadlines in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
