Job Description

The Junior Transaction Manager will provide essential support to the Transaction Management team, focusing on the accurate and efficient handling of documentation, collateral-related activities, data entry, and quality control across the lending lifecycle, specifically for transactions within the Czech and Slovak market. This entry-level role is an excellent opportunity to learn about transaction management processes and contribute to operational excellence.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in the preparation, review, and management of loan documentation and collateral-related activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Support data entry, maintenance, and verification efforts for loan transactions and client information, ensuring data integrity across various systems
  • Perform initial quality control checks on documentation, data, and processes to ensure strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Aid in the coordination of loan closing and servicing activities, following established procedures and guidelines
  • Diligently follow existing processes, standards, and procedures for transaction management within the Czech and Slovak market
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective support for various aspects of the lending lifecycle
  • Proactively seek to understand loan products, business processes, and related systems to build foundational knowledge

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/University degree preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English and Czech/Slovak
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
