Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in HR, preferably within the training / L&D area
Fluent Polish and English skills (spoken and written, at least C1 level)
Strong analytical skills and very good knowledge of Excel
Excellent communication skills, enabling assertive and effective conversations across different seniority levels and teams
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Basic understanding of the IT environment
