Job Description:

About the role. You will: Coordinate a wide range of training processes based on individual development needs and business requirements. Act as the first point of contact for employees and stakeholders on training-related topics. Prepare and maintain reports to monitor project-related certifications. Ensure accurate tracking of training data. Collaborate with different teams to ensure effective delivery of training initiatives. Support other HR processes connected to the employee life cycle.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in HR, preferably within the training / L&D area
  • Fluent Polish and English skills (spoken and written, at least C1 level)
  • Strong analytical skills and very good knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling assertive and effective conversations across different seniority levels and teams
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Basic understanding of the IT environment
