The Junior Trade Marketing Specialist collaborates with the Trade Marketing team for the development, execution and performance monitoring of TM programs designed to increase in-store brand visibility and sell out performance, in line with Marketing and Communication guidelines and Italian business needs. The Junior Trade Marketing Specialist helps the TM manager in defining the category management strategy and develops tools/analysis to support business and sales force.

Job Responsibility:

  • Actively participate in the creation and implementation of the Trade Marketing plan for a group of KE brands
  • Collaborate in the 360° design of the Trade Marketing calendar
  • Actively support the monitoring of the (BTL) budget
  • Serve as the main point of reference for the sales force, In-Store Specialists, and Area Managers of the assigned brands
  • Develop product category analyses and visibility tools to enhance in-store presence
  • Conduct basic analyses to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Propose commercial promotions and incentives to boost results
  • Contribute to the improvement and optimization of Trade Marketing processes
  • Collect and share product-related feedback gathered from the market
  • Support the launch of new collections with training materials and trade marketing tools
  • Oversee product distribution and facilitate productivity and cross-selling
  • Strengthen synergy and collaboration with sales teams, clients, and headquarters
  • Anticipate, create, and maximize market opportunities

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Business / Marketing / Engineering
  • 1/2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing or Sales

  • Spanish mother tongue
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
