Job Description:

Assist the Trade Document Compliance Team with data management and documentation for international clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collect, review, and accurately input relevant information into company systems
  • Support in the creation of Trade Documents, including but not limited to: Commercial Documentation, Certificates of Origin, EUR 1/EURMED, Veterinary Documentation, Health Certificates, A.TR Documents, CITES Permits
  • Engage with customers on requests to ensure an accurate and timely delivery
  • Maintain recordkeeping for functional areas of responsibility
  • Escalate issues and support to resolve complex problems
  • Collaboration and solid communication with internal and external parties
  • Meet company standard of 52 hours of training per year
  • Be dedicated to the success of Tradewin using ethical business practices at all times

Requirements:

  • Great attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to speak and understand English and Dutch, both written and verbal
  • Two years or more direct experience in logistics or international trade compliance
  • ability to develop, implement and maintain standards and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in computer applications
  • Microsoft 365 applications
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail
