INNOMIZE is seeking a Junior Test Engineer to join our growing team! INNOMIZE always raises the quality of our clients’ software throughout the entire quality lifecycle. From quality assurance assessments and advice on best practices to implementing process improvements followed by continuous test execution, we speed our clients’ products to market at the highest possible quality. Job Responsibility:
Execute manual tests, record results, and generate test reports
Create, update, and maintain test cases for new and existing features
Identify and document functionality and usability errors in the issue-tracking system
Assist developers in reproducing and debugging issues
Create and maintain project-related documentation
Communicate issues, progress, and test status to the team and management
Analyze requirements and collaborate with developers to ensure alignment
Run, maintain and deploy automated tests using Playwright on ECS and Puppeteer on AWS Lambda
Perform other testing-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering or related area
1,5+ years of experience with testing software applications
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Clear communication (written and reading) in English is a must
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Knowledge of Testing Techniques and Methodologies
Familiarity with test case & bug management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
Experience using API testing tools like Postman
Ability to write SQL queries for basic data validation
Basic programming knowledge in JavaScript or TypeScript
Experience (or familiarity) with Playwright and Puppeteer, especially in cloud-native test execution environments (e.g., ECS, Lambda)
Experience working with AWS services, particularly Cognito, S3, CloudWatch, Lambda, ECS, EventBridge, SES
