Job Responsibility

Provide 1st Line technical support for live IT systems across Vodafone OpCos and joint ventures
Support the development, implementation, modification, and testing of software and hardware solutions for telecom IT systems and applications
Identify, develop, and implement solutions to resolve software and hardware issues raised by Vodafone OpCos
Apply changes to existing software systems or develop new software components to maintain system functionality and performance
Escalate highly complex software or hardware faults to senior engineers or 2nd Line teams when issue severity or timelines require it
Perform analytical and technical activities to support the development, testing, and modification of IT systems used in mobile and fixed telecommunications
Contribute to: Custom software development and adaptation
