Job Description:

The Technology Intermediate Business Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze business client needs, document requirements, define and analyze enhancements for Lending Technology team
Manage deliverables and timelines for all initiatives under the responsibility of their team
Thorough test planning and coordination of testing activities front-to-back in cooperation
Perform as a team player in a multilayer team
Problem solving capability Root cause and problem resolution follow-up

Requirements:

Analyze business client needs, document requirements, define and analyze enhancements for Lending Technology team
Exposure to Syndicate Lending with sound knowledge of loan transactions and processing
Any lending application experience - Loan IQ/Flexcube/AFS is must
Should be familiar with basics of SQL and UNIX
Good knowledge of testing and ability to troubleshoot / follow a methodical approach to problem resolution
Identify and communicate risks and impacts and propose risk mitigation options, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment
Should be able to perform well as a team player in a multilayer team
Experience in testing integration aspects between various lending applications
Should be able to analyze the customer’s ecosystem, understand the landscape, map business processes to the product
Associate should able to help team in understanding requirements, should able to resolve queries and doubts related to Syndicated lending banking concepts
Analyst will be involved in thorough test planning and coordination of testing activities front-to-back in cooperation
Manage deliverables and timelines for all initiatives under the responsibility of their team
Should have good communication skills and problem solving capability Root cause and problem resolution follow-up
