The technical delivery team is responsible for the deployment of Opus 2’s services to hearing room locations. This will include the planning/preparation of the equipment needed for the hearing/service, the logistical deployment of the service, the configuration and setup, the support of the service, the breakdown and removal of equipment. This client facing position has large client base which means it is essential to both integrate and work with our clients as closely as possible. The team provides other technical services: Interpretation; Video Conferencing Services; Bespoke Trial Consultancy/ Inquiry Design Service; Realtime/ Audio Streaming Services; Deposition Support; Transcription Services Support. The Technical Delivery Officer will be the flexible member to the team who is willing to work remotely to deploy our services. They will be used on various remote project work so flexibility is an important part of the role and travel will occur on a regular basis. Typical working hours are from 9:00am – 5:30pm. Evening and weekend work may be required.
Job Responsibility:
Consultation - work with the case managers and operational teams on dealing with technical support/issues
Innovation - assisting and developing new ways in which Opus 2 engage/interact with the clients for provisioning our services
Processes - working closely with the case managers to ensure that installations are carried out within the specified timeframe and guidelines
Provide feedback to the technical delivery team regarding specific installations and client issues onsite
Ensure that all processes are followed and quality control the technical delivery teams’ installations
Consultation - designing technical audio/video/network solutions for the hearing room
Operating bespoke court reporting software and being able to provide support
Other administrative duties as required
Requirements:
Bright and engaging, with a willingness to learn and use initiative
Awareness around AV/Multimedia/Networks with an interest in technology
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail, time management and the ability to juggle tasks, adapt and work under pressure
The ability to take ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks
