If you are passionate about web technologies, curious about how software products are built, and have a natural “get things done” attitude – Trainee / Junior Technical Project Manager position is for you. This role is designed for someone without formal project management certification or experience, but with a strong technical background, curiosity, high ownership, and the drive to grow into a confident delivery owner. You will work alongside senior management, developers, product teams, and QA – gaining exposure to real software development cycles and internal projects from day one.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating internal technical projects within the Casino Business Unit
Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure they are completed on time and with high attention to detail
Act as a communication bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Understand project timelines and help proactively control risks and remove blockers
Track and report status updates for your streams to management
Coordinate across teams to ensure proper documentation, communication, and follow-up
Learn and quickly adapt to the team’s workflows, tools, and business logic
Participate in regular check-ins with senior team members for mentoring and performance feedback
Handle multiple initiatives in parallel without losing focus or quality
Requirements:
Technical mindset – basic understanding of web technologies, APIs, databases, software development lifecycle
Strong interest in how things are built and delivered in tech products
Proven ability to learn fast and handle unfamiliar topics with confidence
Great organizational skills, structured thinking, and attention to detail
Emotional Intelligence (EI) – ability to stay calm under pressure, manage expectations, and maintain productive relationships
Excellent written and spoken English (B2+)
Positive, proactive, and open-minded personality with the confidence to take initiative
Clear, friendly, and respectful communication style
No need for PMP, Scrum or Agile certifications – in fact, we prefer people without them who want to grow through hands-on learning
