Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity for technically inclined individuals to grow into a project management role through hands-on experience. If you are passionate about web technologies, curious about how software products are built, and have a natural “get things done” attitude – Trainee / Junior Technical Project Manager position is for you. This role is designed for someone without formal project management certification or experience, but with a strong technical background, curiosity, high ownership, and the drive to grow into a confident delivery owner. You will work alongside senior management, developers, product teams, and QA – gaining exposure to real software development cycles and internal projects from day one.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating internal technical projects within the Casino Business Unit
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure they are completed on time and with high attention to detail
  • Act as a communication bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Understand project timelines and help proactively control risks and remove blockers
  • Track and report status updates for your streams to management
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure proper documentation, communication, and follow-up
  • Learn and quickly adapt to the team’s workflows, tools, and business logic
  • Participate in regular check-ins with senior team members for mentoring and performance feedback
  • Handle multiple initiatives in parallel without losing focus or quality

Requirements:

  • Technical mindset – basic understanding of web technologies, APIs, databases, software development lifecycle
  • Strong interest in how things are built and delivered in tech products
  • Proven ability to learn fast and handle unfamiliar topics with confidence
  • Great organizational skills, structured thinking, and attention to detail
  • Emotional Intelligence (EI) – ability to stay calm under pressure, manage expectations, and maintain productive relationships
  • Excellent written and spoken English (B2+)
  • Positive, proactive, and open-minded personality with the confidence to take initiative
  • Clear, friendly, and respectful communication style
  • No need for PMP, Scrum or Agile certifications – in fact, we prefer people without them who want to grow through hands-on learning
What we offer:
  • Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us
  • 3 sick leave days per year, no doctor's note required
  • 30 medical leave days with medical allowance
  • Hybrid work schedule is available after the first three months of employment, with up to 50 days of work from home per year
  • Two Free Fridays each year, limited to one per quarter
  • Daily catered lunch or monthly lunch allowance
  • Private Medical Subscription
  • Access online learning platforms like Udemy for Business, LinkedIn Learning or O’Reilly, and a budget for external training
  • Gym allowance
  • Corporate English lessons
  • 21 weeks of paid maternity leave, with the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child turns 1 year old
  • 4 weeks of paternity leave, plus the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child is 13 weeks old
  • On-site massages and frequent team-building activities in various locations
