Job Description:

Sigma’s program is the launchpad for the next generation of Technical Program Manager who will be responsible for the operational aspects of the engineering organization with emphasis on Infrastructure & Data Services-oriented programs and initiatives that span multiple teams and organizations. This role requires a solid technical background balanced with good project management skills. The TPM must have a strong bias for action and be able to influence teams to level up our execution to meet our commitments. They will have a passion for delivering great products and achieving high customer loyalty.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop the roadmap and execution for key Product Operations initiatives. Align processes, tools, and best practices for product delivery and launch readiness
  • Execute frontend roadmap (performance, scalability, UX focus). Manage technical debt and platform modernization for the frontend team
  • Facilitate communication and dependency resolution between frontend, backend, and design teams
  • Work on large-scale distributed systems, storage solutions, applications
  • Have an operational mindset to identify gaps in processes and shepherd change management/communication across teams to keep everyone aligned
  • Use technical knowledge and product mindset to prioritize and guide high impact projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Applicants must be a recent graduate (within the last 12 months) of a Master’s degree program in Computer Science or a related field
  • Able to begin a 3 month temp-to-hire role beginning in March 2026 or thereafter
  • 3+ years of experience as a TPM or Product Manager or Software Engineer
  • Track record in software engineering and or project planning and execution
  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern frontend technologies
  • Experience in at least one public cloud and preferably one of the data warehousing platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, etc)
  • A strong desire to learn new technologies and develop skills pertinent to the job
  • Ability to analyze data and make an informed recommendation / decision
  • Able to commit 40 hrs a week for 12 weeks in-person in one of our office locations
