Job Responsibility

Managing the full recruitment cycle for Junior–Middle roles, primarily in product and marketing domains, ensuring high-quality and timely vacancy closure
Actively sourcing and engaging candidates through various channels (sourcing, applications, referrals, talent pool) and working with a warm candidate pipeline
Coordinating the work of sourcers assigned to your vacancies and adapting sourcing strategies based on market conditions, candidate feedback, and role dynamics
Conducting candidate interviews with an assessment of role fit and company culture alignment
Testing creative hiring approaches (job descriptions, messaging, sourcing channels, A/B testing) to increase response rates and overall hiring efficiency
Ensuring a high-quality candidate experience at all stages of the hiring process
Partnering closely with Hiring Managers: shaping realistic role profiles and highlighting risks that may impact hiring quality and business outcomes
Onboarding new managers and interviewers into the hiring process
Building strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (product, marketing) to gain a deeper understanding of talent needs and team culture
