This is a highly valued role where you’ll work closely with hiring managers and interviewers to identify, engage, and attract top-tier talent across the organisation. Beyond sourcing and hiring, you’ll contribute to process improvements, branding initiatives, and local event sponsorships.

Job Responsibility:

  • Source candidates for a variety of roles across Susquehanna’s business units
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies
  • Conduct market and competitor research to craft compelling job ads and outreach campaigns
  • Measure the success of sourcing and marketing efforts through data and metrics with recommended improvements
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and long-term relationships
  • Contribute to branding efforts and support local recruiting events and sponsorships
