Job Responsibility

  • Source candidates for a variety of roles across Susquehanna’s business units
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies
  • Conduct market and competitor research to craft compelling job ads and outreach campaigns
  • Measure the success of sourcing and marketing efforts through data and metrics with recommended improvements
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and long-term relationships
