Job Responsibility

Searching for candidates using various sources (LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance, etc.) and filling the candidate database
Finding new channels to attract candidates
Simultaneously working with 5 - 7 vacancies in collaboration with recruiters
Establishing first contact with potential candidates through various communication channels
Analyzing reviews from Job sites
Posting vacancies on all necessary Job sites, corporate website, social networks and ATS (PeopleForce)
Developing a search strategy in cooperation with the recruiter
Building long-term relationships with candidates
Providing timely feedback to candidates
