Should expect to provide 24×7 on-call for emergency production incidents and provide on-site support for fire-fighting
Worked in a global role in a multi-national company is an advantage
Experience in delivering support to end-users via remote connection applications over the Internet
Experience in Windows Server, RedHat Enterprise Linux and Cloud Platforms
Good co-ordination – Experience designing infrastructure solutions
Understanding of SaaS, AWS, AzureProduction Support, ITIL workflow
Knowledge of firewall settings and infrastructure security

Job Responsibility

Lead and coordinate with system administrators and all project team members in implementation, configuration, testing, system rollout and maintenance
