Job Responsibility:

Design and implement cost-effective hardware and software systems architectures or cloud architectures that satisfies project requirements
Identify and analyse system integration problems, formulate and implement corrective and preventive plans
Lead and coordinate with system administrators and all project team members in implementation, configuration, testing, system rollout and maintenance
On-call for support cases
Willing to work on additional tasks and responsibilities that will contribute towards team, department, and company goals
System engineer may work for clients in different time zones and will work accordingly in the client’s time zone when assigned

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as system engineer. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply as a trainee
Should expect to provide 24×7 on-call for emergency production incidents and provide on-site support for fire-fighting
Worked in a global role in a multi-national company is an advantage
Experience in delivering support to end-users via remote connection applications over the Internet
Experience in Windows Server, RedHat Enterprise Linux and Cloud Platforms
Good co-ordination – Experience designing infrastructure solutions
Understanding of SaaS, AWS, AzureProduction Support, ITIL workflow
Knowledge of firewall settings and infrastructure security
Knowledge of MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, or another database
Knowledge of DevOps, Docker, K8s, Ansible is a plus

Nice to have:

Knowledge of DevOps, Docker, K8s, Ansible is a plus
Worked in a global role in a multi-national company is an advantage
