Job Description

We are looking for a Junior System Engineer to join our IT team. You will assist in maintaining and optimizing our systems infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, and resolving technical issues.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide live chat support
  • Monitor severs and networks and escalate to the corresponding department
  • Provide basic customer support through ticketing system
  • Carry out tasks under the supervision of mentor
  • Identification of various server issues and act according to the guidelines
