Job Responsibility

  • Work on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative
  • Develop solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope following detailed instructions, work is supervised
  • Maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network engineers
  • Monitor and manage systems backup resources, including daily backups, restores, CPU usage, disk usage, and response times to maintain operating efficiency
  • Perform systems security administration functions, including updating and patches OS and systems and software programs
  • Interact with backup customers
  • Other duties may include setting up administrator accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocating mass storage space

Requirements

  • BS and 0-2 years experience
  • COMPTIA Security +
  • Ability to obtain secret level security clearance
