An IT Support Engineer in a 24/7 shift system provides technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues both remotely and on-site. Requirements:

Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS)
Basic knowledge of common software applications (Microsoft Office, O365, email clients, Intune)
