Job Responsibility:
Support supply chain activities with suppliers, including support for negotiations preparation
Assist in lean ordering processes, including EDI / Web EDI implementation and resolution of ordering‑related issues together with PC&L, IT, and SCM teams
Support activities related to Risk & Resiliency – supplier survey / data collection and communication across organization
Help identify localization opportunities and support related supplier discussions
Support activities related to packaging, Incoterms, title transfer, and logistics process improvements
Monitor supplier delivery performance, support KPI updates, and help identify improvement actions
Support cost recovery activities related to logistics issues in cooperation with internal teams
Provide logistics support during supplier discussions (e.g. pickup points, customs requirements, packaging rules, SPQ / MOQ topics)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field
First professional experience, internship, or strong academic background in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, or operations
Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics processes
experience with automotive or manufacturing environment is an asset
Analytical skills and ability to work with data (e.g. KPIs, dashboards, Excel)
Good communication skills and willingness to work in cross‑functional, international teams
Good command of spoken and written English
