Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate on projects related to Business Reinvention (e.g. business innovation) and CX Transformation (e.g. CX design and commercial strategy)
  • Design and conduct mixed-methods research, combining qualitative & quantitative methods, and synthesize groundbreaking insights
  • Translate research insights into innovation or experience directions in the form of storyboards, service blueprints, pitch, etc., and drive validation efforts
  • Facilitate collaboration, co-creation and alignment around vision, strategy and execution through workshops, and client working sessions
  • Drive improvements in Marketing & Sales organization models, process improvement, or organization activation
  • Evaluate the business impact of recommendations, innovating on business models and pricing structures to guide the direction
  • Create captivating and impactful storylines and presentations to narrate your ideas according to frog standards
  • Contribute to the scale-up of frog Belgium through thought leadership (developing insights, POVs, innovative methods, etc.), continuous contribution to business development, and other entrepreneurial initiatives
  • Be part of the pond and collaborate closely with your Capgemini colleagues

Requirements

  • A master’s degree in domains such as Business, Management, Strategy, Marketing, Service design, Industrial design, etc.
  • preferably with a focus on Innovation and Entrepreneurship
  • Strong interest in customer experience design, business innovation & growth strategy, business model disruption, marketing and sales strategy, product and service innovation, customer experience transformation, CRM and loyalty, customer data strategy and customer service transformation
  • You can express yourself fluently, both written and oral, in Dutch and/or French
  • Full professional working proficiency of English is required
  • Mastery of PowerPoint, Excel, and new forms of delivery

Nice to have

  • An MBA (with a focus on Innovation Management) or additional master’s degree is a plus
  • Experience in Figma, Adobe CC, and no-code prototyping tools is a plus
