Job Description:

Our client, in a growing industry, is in need for a Junior Staff Accountant to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis! This is a great opportunity for someone who has knowledge of debits/credits, and looking to step into an Accountant role to help the client and their accounting team with day-to-day operations.

Job Responsibility:

Execute and maintain journal entries efficiently
Handle data entry tasks with high accuracy
Support the payment process, including the creation of wire transfers
Assisting in AP/AR as needed
Conduct bank reconciliations regularly
Assist in General Ledger posting
Utilize SAP for various accounting tasks
Adapt quickly to uncertainty, finding solutions even when there may not be a clear path forward

Requirements:

At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting
Experience in performing Bank Reconciliations
Understanding of Debits/Credits and assisting in data entry of Journal Entries
Proficiency in using SAP software or someone tech savvy to learn quickly
AA/AS/BA/BS in Accounting or similar field (open to candidates with experience)
