Job Responsibility:

  • You are the first point of contact for B2B customers regarding transport orders, notifications, and logistics KPIs
  • As the link between customer and planning, ensure agreed services are fulfilled
  • Work closely with internal teams and external business partners
  • Maintain and expand network with partner companies, use freight exchanges, and market transports economically
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement of processes
  • Support the team in daily operations and take on fleet management tasks when needed.

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business/economics (Bachelor / HBO)
  • Initial experience through internships or part-time jobs is a plus, but not required
  • Customer-oriented mindset and clear communication skills
  • Fluent in Dutch
  • good knowledge of English is a plus.
