Circle K Business Centre is looking for a new colleague to join our team as Junior Specialist / Specialist Finance in Finance Systems Team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain Finance Master Data essential for business processes (creation/change of Cost centres, G/L Accounts, Terminals, Items etc.)
  • Process Master data requests via the ticketing system and email by validating incoming information and performing Master data updates in the ERP system (Oracle JDE)
  • Complete Master data requests in a timely and accurate manner to ensure high-quality data globally
  • Monitor Master Data quality and report discrepancies to the Team Leader or senior colleagues
  • Respond to stakeholder inquiries and provide information related to Finance Master data
  • Participate in operational projects if needed and contribute to achieving project goals
  • Collaborate with the Finance & Control department, business stakeholders, and the IT department

Requirements:

  • Preferable higher education or last year student in Finance, Business administration or IT related field
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to perform routine tasks daily
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.)
