To support this development, we are looking for a Junior Specialist, Sales Operations to join our Sales Operations Department and help manage orders and requests from our global distributor network.

Job Responsibility:

  • Creating and processing sales and purchase orders
  • Managing and updating software subscriptions
  • Handling communication with customers and distributors (mostly via email)
  • Monitoring customer accounts and managing internal case handling
  • Coordinating across departments to resolve order-related issues
  • Supporting the sales team with reporting and data

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow
  • Quick learner who adapts easily to changing priorities, processes, and tools
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication
