Job Description:

This is an early-career role supporting the Sales and Marketing tools that help Bauer Media Outdoor plan, run and measure campaigns effectively. You’ll work with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce and Webflow, making sure they are configured properly, easy to use, and genuinely useful for the people relying on them day to day. This is a hands-on role with real exposure to live campaigns, commercial teams, and modern marketing technology. You’ll be supported by senior specialists and work closely with local Sales and Marketing users, learning fast while contributing real value.

Job Responsibility:

  • Application configuration and administration
  • Support user and licence management, including user setup, roles and basic permissions
  • Help manage core configuration in HubSpot and Salesforce such as lists, segments, campaigns, forms, fields, dashboards and reports
  • Assist with workflows and automations like nurture journeys, lead routing and notifications, following agreed patterns
  • Help maintain key data fields and basic integrations such as Zapier
  • Support Webflow content updates and simple layout changes with marketing teams
  • Support and operations
  • Provide Level 1 support for “how do I?” questions and common issues
  • Resolve straightforward problems and escalate clearly when needed
  • Manage support queues, FAQs and simple documentation
  • Run basic data health checks and assist with access audits
  • Business-led system improvement
  • Spot unused or underused features and share insights
  • Capture simple requirements and suggest low-risk, standard solutions
  • Help deliver small improvements that increase adoption and reduce manual work
  • Monitor basic usage metrics and flag training needs

Requirements:

  • Around 2 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations or a similar role
  • Hands-on experience using CRM or marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Practical experience with contact data, lists, campaigns, emails, forms, landing pages and basic workflows
  • Some exposure to Webflow or another CMS, and ideally analytics or tracking tools
  • Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a supportive, collaborative mindset
