Job Responsibility:
Running your section with confidence during service
Supporting the wider kitchen team to deliver high standards
Assisting with stock control, ordering and minimising waste
Helping manage rotas and maintain kitchen efficiency
Coaching and developing junior team members
Maintaining food safety, hygiene and compliance standards
Contributing to a positive, motivated and high-performing kitchen culture
