Job Responsibility:
Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
Leading sections during service and managing shifts when required
Ensuring food quality, presentation, and consistency meet brand standards
Training and mentoring junior chefs and commis team members
Assisting with stock control, ordering, and waste management
Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation standards
Supporting menu development and seasonal menu changes
Requirements:
Experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a quality-led kitchen
Strong cooking ability and confidence running a section
Positive leadership mindset and team-focused attitude
Excellent organisation and calm approach under pressure
Passion for food, hospitality, and professional development
