Experience as a Junior Sous Chef equivalent role with a strong culinary background
Strong leadership, communication skills, and a passion for food to ensure smooth, efficient service
Demonstrate brilliant financial acumen
Very well organised and good time-management skills
Comes from hi end- restaurant background
In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekend

Job Responsibility

Supporting the head chef, leading, and supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene
Responsible for training and development of up to team of 5 team members
Foster a positive and efficient working environment, leading by example and motivating the kitchen teams at each site
Maintaining high food quality standards
Assist with ordering supplies, managing inventory, and controlling stock levels within budget for all three kitchens
Help manage budgets and control food costs, ensuring profitability for each area
