Job Responsibility:
Ensuring all dishes are prepared correctly to the recipe spec
Ensuring every dish that reaches the pass looks incredible
Helping to train & lead the team
Ensuring the kitchen is a beacon for food hygiene and H&S standards
Maintaining a high level of cleanliness at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a similar premium branded fresh food kitchen environment
Experience in ensuring dishes are prepared correctly to recipe spec
Experience in maintaining high food hygiene and H&S standards
Experience in training and leading a team
