As a Junior Sous Pizza Chef, you’ll be right in the heart of the action - helping lead the kitchen team and delivering the Nell’s experience with every slice. You’ll support the Sous and Head Chef in running smooth, efficient services, while mentoring the team, keeping the energy high, and making sure every pizza is to our pizza perfect standards! You’ll still be hands-on with dough, toppings, and ovens - but you’ll also play a key part in quality control, training new starters, maintaining high food hygiene standards, and stepping up in the absence of senior leaders.
