Job Responsibility:
Supporting kitchen operations to ensure smooth service
Assisting in training and developing junior team members
Preparing and delivering high-quality handmade Italian dishes
Helping manage stock, orders, and food preparation
Maintaining high Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards

Requirements:
Experienced Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef ready for the next step
Passionate about Italian cuisine and delivering high-quality dishes
Strong team player with a positive and proactive attitude
Some experience in training or supporting junior team members
Holds a minimum Level 2 Health & Safety and Food Hygiene Certificate
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen environment
Nice to have:
Italian-speaking is advantageous but not essential
